We are looking for a bright Client Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. It is not a regular tech support where you need to know office365 etc. You have to have a general technical understanding but most important is that You can search for data from different sources and use that information to logically conclude where the problem is.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

  • Study, diagnose, troubleshoot and recognize solutions to solve customer issues.

  • Follow standard methods for proper escalation of unsolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Provide timely and detailed feedback to customers.

  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.

  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in technical support, IT support or Client support.

  • Great problem-solving skills.

  • Great client-facing skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
