We are looking for a bright Client Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. It is not a regular tech support where you need to know office365 etc. You have to have a general technical understanding but most important is that You can search for data from different sources and use that information to logically conclude where the problem is.
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
Study, diagnose, troubleshoot and recognize solutions to solve customer issues.
Follow standard methods for proper escalation of unsolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide timely and detailed feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Proven working experience in technical support, IT support or Client support.
Great problem-solving skills.
Great client-facing skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
